Including sports or playing at the club
Whether you're a sports coach, a scout leader, or an active member of a music club, chances are high that you'll have a child or adult with disabilities and/or those with poor social integrationare in your group at some point. This presents a great opportunity to promote diversity and strengthen group dynamics.
With the right support—sometimes simply a little extra time or attention—many people with disabilities and/or those with poor social integrationare can actively participate and find their place within their club or association. Inclusivity within clubs and associations creates new experiences, strengthens solidarity, and offers valuable opportunities for everyone involved.
